Digital Curse Filings
Digital curse filings, private receipts, registry records, and certificate downloads are personalized entertainment products. Once a filing has been completed and the certificate has been issued, it is generally not refundable unless required by law or caused by a duplicate charge, technical failure, or other processing error.
Cursed Items
Cursed™ Items are purchased through the linked fulfillment partner storefront. Returns, replacements, shipping problems, and production issues for those physical items are handled through that checkout and fulfillment provider.
